the shaving

well there have been two actual "shavings" lately. I feel certain many of you have heard about us shaving Miriam's hair to discourage her from pulling her hair. What you may not know is that one day I had taken Miriam out of the bathroom and was drying her off and putting a diaper on her while Anna was still playing in the bathroom. I heard screams so I ran to the bathroom to see blood around Anna's nose and mouth! I didn't know what to think of it at first. Then I realized that Anna had climbed up on the toilet- gotten into this toiletry basket thing that was hanging on a wall and got my razor. She said she was trying to "shave like Daddy!" Needless to say, it took some days for that to heal up - but it looks fine now... and no one would have ever have known it except that I just made it world wide knowledge! :)

About Miriam, here are a few pics I took of her today. Her hair is growing back but she is reaching back as you can tell in the pics and trying to pull some out AGAIN!

NEVER a dull moment in this house. Pulling out hair, drinking kerosense, shaving hairless faces. I could go on but lets just stop there.
