and the news is...

We are having a..... BOY!!!!!!!!!!

We have decided to name him Lazarus Stephen Morris. Lazarus because he was a friend of Jesus and the picture that Lazarus represents of salvation - how we are dead in our sin and Jesus gives salvation and life. We pray that our Lazarus will know the salvation that comes through Jesus Christ and will bring glory to God. We pray that for all those he will meet and share his name with in coming years, he too can explain the meaning behind his name and give testimony to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And that he can share about his grandfather who also dearly loves the Lord - Stephen.

We know the name is a bit unsual to many of you but we really love it and believe you will too.

Please join us in praying these above requests for Lazarus. He is supposed to enter this world sometime between Sept 10th and 17th at a good hospital in the capitol of our country. We will send you more information later. For now, join us in thanking God for our Lazarus and pray that he will know the salvation that can only come through God by Jesus Christ and bring glory and testify about Jesus Christ to many he meets in his lifetime.
